Welcome to TrauDHD! 🤩

Hey there! 👋 I'm Magali De Reu, a passionate writer and the founder of Autcasts—a vibrant community that stands up for individuals with ADHD, autism, and trauma. As our community grew, I noticed the common struggle people with autism & ADHD face when it comes to trauma. This realization fueled my desire to explore the intersection of autism, ADHD, and trauma, leading me to launch this Substack!

Every week, I dive into a treasure trove of insights, advice, and captivating stories to help navigate these conditions. And guess what? I'm thrilled to feature experiences from our amazing community members—yes, including you! If you have something valuable to share, please don't hesitate to reach out.

To make this community accessible to as many neurodivergent individuals as possible, Autcasts is a bilingual (Dutch/English) platform. Best of all? All the content is currently available for free! But here's the deal: your support would mean the world to me. If you find the articles valuable, consider sharing them with others. It's a simple act that can help us reach an even wider audience. Your support, no matter how small, can truly make a big difference in spreading the word.
